The Tri-City Storm Billets are the housing families for the Storm players. They raise funds to help support the players with group activities, mixed family functions, and holiday parties.
Player Buttons (2018-2019)
I was contracted by the Tri-City Storm Billets to create their player button design for the 2018-2019 season. I utilized Adobe InDesign to create the layout and graphics as well as player headshots I was provided by my client.
In total, I created over 60 variations of these buttons. These layouts were then turned into pin-back buttons by my client.
I created these buttons using Adobe InDesign. I began by measuring the size needed for the specific button. Then, I made the template by creating two circles. I then used a stock photo for the background and then adjusted it to greyscale. I then arched the text and placed the logo and date around the picture. I then placed the player's headshot and then added their name and made any adjustments necessary. These were the buttons that were then sold to fans.
